| Is ConvincingMail software boxed or is it available for download upon purchase? |
| All of ConvincingMail products are downloadable. Upon placing your order, once processed, you will receive an email from Plimus (our payment gateway provider) with the information to download the application. |
| How do you charge? |
| We have fixed prices and accept all major cards as payment. With ConvincingMail you pay only ONCE depending on the version you have chosen. Many other services charge you per email. This may become very expensive. |
| Can I return ConvincingMail application for a refund? |
| Due to the nature of the application all our sales are FINAL. This is a downloadable software product, it is not a tangible item that can be returned. That's why, make sure to check the product features and to try ConvincingMail demo version before making your order. |

| How many contact lists can I create? |
| The quantity of lists depends on the program version you are using. In the standard version you have only one mailing list, in the professional version you may create an unlimited number of lists. In order to organize your contacts correctly you may need to create many lists. For example, you can create a separate list for each marketing campaign, for each group of people (employees, clients, prospects) or for a specific demographic region (Europe clients, NYC office, etc.). In our demo version we let you test this feature by providing a possibility to create 5 mailing lists (however, restricting a number of messages to send to 100). |
| What is the difference between 'Active' and 'Inactive' contacts? |
| Your mailing list can contain both active and inactive contacts. However, only 'Active' contacts are the ones who are receiving your message. |

| Is it possible to personalize my messages? |
| Yes, personalization is a very useful tool. You can use the pre-defined variables or use customized variables of your choice. |
| What is a custom field? |
| A custom field can be entered into your message to personalize it. Personalizing your messages for every contact will help to increase the response rate, and as a result make your campaign more effective and profitable. You can use customized informaton in the messages you send out, for example, it can be the name of the company the person works for. |
